Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

We ship internationally. If you do not find your country in our system, please email us at support@healsmarta.com to verify that we can ship to your country, and we will try to add it to our system. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at support@healsmarta.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding Holiday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed and shipped the next 2-3 business day.

Product AvailabilityWe always tries to ship all items on your order, however sometimes, an item becomes unavailable. If this happens while we’re processing your order, we’ll let you know by sending you an email.

Pre-Orders / Backorder

At the time you place an order for a product available on pre-order terms or backorder, you will be charged at the time of placing order. Shipping fees, taxes and import duties, where applicable, will also be charged at the time the order is placed.

For shipping to the U.S., restricted items include aerosols, pressurized spray cans and alcohol-based products (hairspray, nail polish, nail polish remover, shaving cream, etc.). Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only.

Returns:

Except for customers in the United States, all sales are non-refundable.

For U.S. customers, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please follow the instructions below to receive a product refund. Shipping charges WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges of boxes, box items, add-ons, additional box purchases, or shop/wholesale sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE **NO RETURNS** ON SALE ITEMS, INCLUDING NAIL ART KITS AND BUNDLES

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please email support@healsmarta.com and include your name, order number and reason for wanting to return the items. We will give you instructions to retrieve and print the address for shipping the returned items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by email.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@healsmarta.com

Shipping
To return your product, please re-pack the products in its original box and packaging. You should then mail your product to our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
